Sanofi Vietnam has presented gifts worth nearly VND150 million (US$6,447) to more than 600 child patients at the HCM City Oncology Hospital as part of its Giac Mo Cho Em programme on the occasion of Christmas and New Year.
The HCM City Oncology Hospital on Wednesday (June 17) signed an agreement with French pharmaceutical company Sanofi-Aventis Viet Nam for collaboration in cancer treatment this year.
Around 17,000 people last week took part in the 2015 Terry Fox Run, a
major annual charity event organised by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce
in Viet Nam to raise money for cancer research.
